x2 New Houses, to the rear of Heather Road, Brent, London

We secured planning approval for two new houses in Brent, London. An unorthodox site, to the rear of an existing street. Construction of this project is underway.  The key Planning constraints on this site were; compliance to the Brent design guide, transport and fire access.

Nonetheless, we added significant value to the site, given the constraints.
