Crouch End, N8, Coleridge Road – “Garage site into a House”

We secured planning despite 70+ objections for this site in 2014. The house was designed around a central courtyard and basement. The scheme has been sensitively designed to minimise potential impact on the neighbouring properties. This planning proposal was very contentious. Various architects tried to secure planning on this site, without success. The house is now complete and up for sale. Awesome to see! Credits to Castles Estate Agency for the photos.
