Acton, W3, King Street – (26 Flats + Commercial)

We were commissioned by the Acton Property Group as Project Managers and Architects. The scope included, Part Demolition, Conversion of B1 space into 16 Studios, 10 New Built Flats and 2 Commercial Units. The site is opposite a Grade II listed Church and within a Conservation area. We secured planning in 2018.
